1. What does the parcel look like? And my bank statement?

Nothing revealing. We ship in 100% plain boxes or envelopes — no logos, no shop name, no hint of the contents. Your bank statement shows a neutral trading name, not "Atroxic" or anything suggesting adult toys. Your neighbour, your partner and your bank will never know.

2. How long does delivery take?

Mainland Spain: 24-48 business hours. Balearics: 48-72h. Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days depending on the country. You get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Can I return an intimate toy?

The law is clear: for hygiene reasons, opened intimate toys cannot be returned. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we replace or refund it without argument — send us photos and we'll handle it within 24-48h.

4. What materials do you use? Are they safe?

Platinum-cure medical-grade silicone, 316L surgical steel, tanned leather and borosilicate glass. All phthalate-free, with the certificates each manufacturer provides. If we don't trust a material, that product simply never enters the shop.

5. How do I clean my toys?

Mild soap and lukewarm water after every use, and dry them completely before storing. Medical silicone and steel can be boiled for a few minutes or go in the dishwasher (no aggressive detergent). Leather is cleaned with a dedicated product and never submerged. Store each piece separately, in a fabric bag or its box.

6. Which payment methods do you accept?

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Bizum and bank transfer. All payments go through encrypted gateways; we never store your card details.

7. What do you do with my personal data?

The legal minimum: your order is processed, shipped and kept for tax purposes. We don't sell or share data with third parties. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion by writing to us, in line with GDPR.

8. How do I choose the right size or measurement?

Every product page lists real measurements — diameter, length, circumference — not just a blind "S/M/L". For plugs and stretchers: if you're starting out, look for 2.5 to 3.5 cm in diameter. For harnesses, measure your chest and compare it with the size chart on the page. Unsure? Message us before you buy.

9. Do products come with a warranty?

Yes: 2 years' legal warranty for manufacturing defects (motors, stitching, hardware, seals). Normal wear and misuse aren't covered. Brands like Dorcel or You2Toys offer additional support, which we handle for you.

10. I'm a fetish beginner — where do I start?

Depends on your kind of play. For anal stretching: a progressive plug kit plus water-based lube. For leather and bondage: an adjustable leather or neoprene harness and silicone cuffs. For hygiene: a gentle douche. In each category we flag the products we'd recommend to start with.
